Shipping Policy
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 for both domestic and international orders. Please notice that this shipping policy might get change with sales we are having.
We ship worldwide!
United States - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Utah and will take 4-12 business days to reach you via USPS/UPS. But in the case of running out stocks, the orders will be packed and sent out from our central logistics hub in Asia, It will take 7-15 business days to reach your stated address.
United Kingdom & Europe - Orders will be shipped from our central logistics hub in Asia and will take 7-15 business days. All custom duty taxes are included in the pricing. No import duties charges will be required from you.
Australia - Orders will be shipped from our central logistics hub in Asia. It will take 7-12 business days to reach your stated address.
Rest of the World - Orders will be shipped from our central logistics hub in Asia. It will take 7-15 business days to reach your stated address.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days on working days. In the case of running out stocks, the orders will be packed and sent out from our central logistics hub in Asia.
Returns
We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from us, email us so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note that we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been open up for usage.
Shipping protection: If your package is lost or missing, we will investigate and replace it if you’ve purchased insured shipping. Without insured shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship some of the orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made, helping us reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary air miles. Though international orders may take a bit longer to arrive, your support contributes to our commitment to a greener future. Thank you for being part of our mission!
All orders placed on Nooks' Den are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for all orders, regardless of your location, will be approximately 7-15 business days.
*Please note, certain destinations may experience longer delivery times exceeding 15 business days due to customs procedures.
*Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly depending on factors such as customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s)within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please make sure to verify your shipping address before completing the checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. We cannot replace or refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier. Always remember to contact us about it when it happens, we will help to handle it.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to validate.
6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
