• Glue and batteries are NOT included as they are not permitted to ship by air transportation, so please prepare it by yourself. You can choose silicone liquid glue and 2 pcs batteries (type AAA).

Shipping

United States - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Utah and will take 4-12 business days to reach you via USPS/UPS.

United Kingdom & Europe - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Spain and will take 7-15 business days. All custom duty taxes are included in the pricing. No import duties charges will be required from you.

Australia - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Perth. It will take 7-12 business days to reach your stated address.

Rest of the World - Orders will be shipped from our central logistics hub in Asia. It will take 7-12 business days to reach your stated address.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days on working days. In the case of running out stocks, the orders will be packed in our central logistics hub in Asia.

Returns

We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from us, email us so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note that we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been open up for usage.
